Crastro currently accepts PayPal for online purchases. PayPal provides a secure checkout experience and allows eligible customers to complete their purchase using payment options available through their PayPal account or PayPal checkout.
1. Accepted Payment Method
At this time, PayPal is the only payment method available at Crastro. Customers will be directed to PayPal during checkout to authorize and complete payment for their order.

PayPal is used to securely process payments for purchases made through the Crastro website. Available funding options may vary depending on your PayPal account, location, account status, and the options presented by PayPal at checkout.
Crastro does not directly collect or store your full PayPal login credentials through our website.
2. How PayPal Checkout Works
When you place an order with Crastro, you will be directed through the PayPal checkout process to review and authorize your payment.
Review Your Order
Confirm your products, quantities, shipping information, and order total before proceeding with payment.
Continue to PayPal
Select PayPal at checkout and continue to the secure PayPal payment environment.
Authorize Payment
Sign in to PayPal or use the payment options presented by PayPal, then authorize the transaction.
After successful payment authorization, you will be returned to the Crastro website or shown an order confirmation. Your order is considered successfully placed once payment has been confirmed and the order has been accepted for processing.
3. Payment Information Guidelines
The payment information required during checkout is handled securely through PayPal. Please observe the following guidelines:
- Use an active PayPal account when completing checkout.
- Make sure your PayPal account has a valid and available payment source.
- Confirm that billing and shipping details match your intended destination.
- Review the final order amount before authorizing payment.
- Never share your PayPal password or security credentials with Crastro support.
4. Payment Authorization
A payment may require authorization or verification by PayPal before an order can be completed. Crastro does not control PayPal's authorization process or determine whether a particular payment is approved.
Crastro can only process an order after the applicable payment transaction has been successfully authorized or confirmed by PayPal.

6. Refunds to PayPal
When a refund is approved under the Crastro Return & Refund Policy or when an eligible order is successfully cancelled, the refund will be issued through the original PayPal payment transaction.
Crastro processes eligible refunds within 8 business days after receipt and review of the returned item. Once the refund has been initiated, the time required for funds to appear in your PayPal account depends on PayPal and your financial institution.
Original Payment Method
Eligible refunds are returned through the original payment transaction rather than redirected to an unrelated payment method.
No Restocking / Refund Fee
Crastro does not charge a separate refund or restocking fee for eligible returns under our policy.
7. Order Processing Timeline
Successful payment does not mean that an order has already shipped. After payment is confirmed, Crastro prepares the order for fulfillment according to our processing schedule:
Orders require 1 business day for handling. Standard transit time takes approximately 3–6 business days after dispatch.
